Can anyone suggest any kickboxing clubs in Zürich / Zug?
Would be nice to train hard with usual warm up drills and use the kick-shields/ focus mitts and very light sparring. I not interested in full contact competitions. Mixed-sexed classed would be a preference in the evenings from 19h00 in Zürich or from 18h30 in Zug.
