I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on the matter of: getting a younger sibling (15 yo) to start school and reside here in CH, while parents stay away in the home country..?
As his sister, do I qualify as a guardian, if I am employed full time, B-permit, have a place to accommodate and general support?
