From September to December, I will be working 80% (4 days per week). I'm unsure how this impacts my holiday entitlements for the Christmas Holiday period. Friday 25 December and Friday 1 January are both holidays so should I just calculate 3 working days for each of these weeks? Or does working 80% mean that I am only entitled to 80% of a cantonal holiday and must subtract the remaining 20% hours from my 1.67 days per month holiday entitlement?
