Applied to renew my Swiss passport and ID card. New biometric version means being fingerprinted in the new deluxe Zurich offices.
Holes were punched through the current, soon to be expiring, ones with the promise of the neW ones being sent by registered post in a few days.
Here's the problem: we were out when the postman called and he left one of those dreaded yellow forms advising they can be collected on Monday from the local post office with VALID indentifaction - but that's what I want to collect from the post office...
