Does anyone know who I can contact or where on the net we can find details regarding the building regulations/laws for wall thickness for noise prevention between apartments?
Before we bought our apartment our neighbour bought one of the bedrooms that belonged to our apartment from the previous owner. We did not know this when we bought the place.
There is only a single wall between our room and his, we hear EVERYTHING! Their walking, talking, laughing, even when they 'do the wild monkey dance'!! :eek:
The Hauswart has spoken to him, but no change. We contacted our Verwaltung and they said to speak to the neighbour directly.
Any advice or input would be appreciated.
