Hello!
Hoping someone could help me:
I'm from California, US but I've been studying in the Philippines for a few years. I'm about to marry a Swiss (we are both dual-citizens, fil-am, fil-swiss) and we're also planning to stay in Switzerland while he finishes his military service and maybe a few years after.
Eventually, I will need to get a job and it's very useful to know German. I've read that RAV will pay for your german classes, but you would need to have a job already. I won't be permitted to get a job until I get my visa, how would it work if you are already married to a Swiss but no employment? Would you be qualified to get free german classes? Thanks so much!
