My husband lost his job rather unexpectedly here in Switzerland so it looks like we'll be leaving the land of milk and honey (or more accurately, chocolate and wine) sooner than expected. We have a couple more months before we're booted out of ye olde country, but in the meantime, we're starting to lighten our load.
1. Solid pine corner shelf unit (NOT Ikea!) with large cupboard storage space on bottom. Very good condition with normal wear and tear. Dimensions are 6.75 ft tall x 2.67 ft wide (2.06 meters x 0.81 meters). This sucker is pretty darn big, though not terribly heavy and we'll have it taken apart for moving. 75 CHF.
2. Large black cheapie particle-board type, 2-piece desk with angled corner unit. Comes with matching 2-drawer file cabinet. In very good condition. Larger straight desk is 4.6 ft long and the corner unit add on desk portion is 2.63 ft long, so desk is total of 7.2 ft long x 2.63 ft deep (2.2 meters long x 0.8 meters). It's big. Desk will also be taken apart for easier moving. 10 CHF.
3. Solid pine and glass tv stand (we've been using it as a microwave stand/liquor cabinet) with shelves for additional storage space on both sides. Good condition. Dimensions are 3.67 ft wide x 1.58 ft deep (1.1 meters x 0.48 meters). 50 CHF.
4. Large microwave, white exterior and black interior, works perfectly. FREE.
5. Women's waterproof Skechers (pseudo Crocs) with cross velcro straps, rarely worn and in good condition, size 8 US/38.5 EU. 10 CHF.
We live in Onnens, near Fribourg, and for a few extra bucks can possibly deliver the larger furniture items or meet someone at the Rose train station for smaller items.
