Coop and Migros are 50m away. you are in central with bus 31 in 10 min and tram 2 in 15min, Altstetten HB is 10 min walk. if you are a motorbiker or have a car , highway is just 1 min away. this is a very silent area and neighbours have been fantastic so far.
