My wife and I are moving out of Zurich on 1st October and our apartment at Albisguetli will be available for rent. The apartment is located right under Uetliberg with beautiful surroundings. Zurich HB is 15 mins tram ride. It is well connected by trams 13 and 17 and buses 32 and 89. Shopping malls at Brunau and Sihlcity are very close by.
I have attached a few photos of the apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor. The size of the apartment is 100 metre sq and it has two bedrooms, one large living room, one kitchen, two bathrooms and an additional attached room with the living room that could be used as a hang out place. It has a fireplace and the apartment has floor heating. There is a decent sized balcony.
In the basement, there is a small gym and a sauna. The apartment comes with two cellars. Washing machine is shared. Garage could be rented in the basement.
