The rent is Sfr.2150 per month (ink. Nebenkosten). There is also a parking space available for Sfr.85 per month.
The apartment is open plan with three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was renovated 4 years ago, just before we moved in. It is a 10 minute walk into Baden or 4 minutes by bus to the Bahnof (bus stop is right outside the main door). There is also a parking space available.
The neighbours are very friendly and have loved our time living here.
