Swisscom forcing products on us?

Got a letter from Swisscom (in French) informing me that their technology is changing, that the Swisscom box will need to be changed, and therefore our current Casa Trio package too.
We either keep a similar product but with 30 hours of recording hours instead of current 300 (where is the "better" value here, I wonder) or upgrade to a more expensive one, full of gimmicks we absolutely don't need. If we don't tell them specifically which one we'd like by 30th August, we'll be automatically switched to the most expensive one.


Either way, I was told by the nice lady on the phone when I called them, phone sockets will become redundant and we'll need to get phones or adaptors that fit to a normal electrical socket. No, we'll have to install new Swisscom box ourselves and yes, we might loose our existing recordings and channels order will be random again.:mad:


So we pay more, don't get the options we need most and have to get new phones? Has anyone received a similar letter?
