It is with a heavy heart that I must advertise for a wonderful loving home for my 11 month old Griffon mix dog to be re-homed.
My situation is such that I am no longer able to look after him, as I have recently split from my partner and I work very long hours.
He is a wonderful, loving and obedient dog, who has been with our family, consisting of 2 children (13 &10) since January, when we acquired him from a rescue shelter. Since then my circumstances have changed drastically, and it will just not be kind, to keep the dog for long hours alone.
He is such a playful and intelligent dog, on our last visit to the vet, he recommended that we should take him for search and rescue training as he has good hunting skills.
He is good with other dogs and animals, although not sure about small animals, as we have had no contact with them.
He is not yet castrated, but we have already paid for this at the local vets, and this will happen before he will be re-homed.
This re-homing will leave my two children devastated, but they understand the situation, and we only want a loving home with someone who understands and is willing to give him attention and long walks.
The dog has all vaccinations up to date and is microchipped, registered in Zug, and has a passport.
Please contact me privately if you know of a wonderful home for him.
Thank you
