My brother who lives in Switzerland for 10-15 years wants to take my 17 years old son to Switzerland. He's about to be a Swiss citizen. I guess he's permit C now.One of my sister is a Swiss citizen and one of my sister has permit B. And we live in a non eu country. My son wants to finish high school and university in Switzerland. He won't go as an international student because we can't pay for international student fees. Is it possible?
