I don't know if someone wrote something about it, but there are excellent integration courses for women in Zürich. The courses talk about life in Switzerland, and in Zurich in particular. There are very interesting excursions: to an Recycling factory, to the parliamentary session in the Rathause.
I just finished the courses and would recommend them all. They are not expensive. The whole course is just CHF 60 for women living in Zurich, then these CHF 60 are returned as a voucher, that gives a discount of CHF 60 for German courses.
