I was using my hotmail account almost daily and recently when I entered my password, I got a message "It looks like someone else might be using your account, to help you -only you- get back into xxx@hotmail.com, we need to verify that it is yours" and there is a Next button. The new page is pointing to my alternative hotmail address to send a code, but that one is also giving me the exact same message. So, instead of the alternative email address, I chose "I can't verify my account" which directs me to a link to fill in a form to verify my account details.. Questions are my password, last email addresses I sent the emails to and the subjects of the last emails and the personal folders if I've created any.. I wonder is there anybody had same experience or is this a phishing email? And how can I start using my email address again? I'd be very happy if someone can help me here.
