Just wanted to chuck this into the room and hear what the brethren think about it..
Recently the company where I work has introduced a new policy, whereby the entire group of ad screeners will get pay docked when "a" ad screener makes a mistake, for instance I would not see a fraudster place an advert and let it go live. For that the whole group would get a percent of pay taken, we are around 70 ad screeners for Ebay by the way. I see that as being something like the "Sippenhaft" of the dictators where the family is responsible for the actions of one.
any thoughts?
